Look at Coleman now, a mere 6 years after retiring. Ugh.
Now go back and look at Arnold 6 years after retiring! Healthy!
Dorian 15 years after retiring. #Winning
Is Yates at the Ocean Club in Marbella? Didn’t know he was a TT driving southern tart! Hope he merked big boobs at least!

eventually yeah, could be a silver lining. Will probably get worse before it gets better though, with younger and younger guys being affected.
That Ronnie picture got to me too.
It will be interesting to see what guys like Phil, Kai, and Jay (and younger guys like Rhoden and Centopani) look like when they’re near 50 years old. (Dorian’s 50 here, Big Ron’s 48).
Now, looking at these two top bodybuilders, at about the same age, makes you wonder: maybe dorian said the truth about his off season aas cycle? Maybe the low-ish dosages are the difference between him, looking damn good, and ronnie, who looks like god fucked shit? Anyhow, I am scared shitless atm, I will never use GH, I will mever abuse any AAS, and will have someone judge my pictures every 6 months. God damn it, this shit with drugs is getting way out of hand.
yeah Nik I thought the same thing.
As for never abusing AAS, isn’t it a bit late for that? I agree about not touching GH though, that shit scares me. hGH and slin are the line for me.
I think some of you are confusing aging with a disease process. Most men I have seen in their 40’s and up have an abdomen that starts to protrude even if they are lean. To turn that into a “disease process” because you see muscles would be a mistake.
You lose muscle as you age, you shrink in height and your belly isn’t as tight. That ain’t “Polumboism”…considering most other people in that age group show it worse.

Something else is going in addition to aging. I’ve seen plenty of 45-50+ natural bodybuilders who look nothing like the stuff Palumbo has going on.

Look, Polumbo is just ugly. Yes, GH may have contributed…but that is to imply he ever looked good.
Also, Kovacs started going down hill very early on. He pushed his body into the 400lbs+ range with massive steroid use and it clearly took its toll with overgrown organs and muscles that showed he wasn’t even able to train well (likely due to joint inflammation). It wasn’t JUST GH. It was his whole lifestyle. MuscleTex pushed his image early on and made him out to be way more than he was. When he tried to do even more to live up to the hype, he fell apart.

I never asid anything about using. Abusing a whole different world. It’s not the same using 500mg of test, and using 2g.

Even the great Ronnie Coleman is getting it.

Nope.
That’s called “getting old and having more injuries than you can count on all your fingers and toes.”

You’d be sad to know that most people nowadays think 2g is a “low” dose.

Yep. It isn’t like it makes sense to expect him to look the same into his 50’s. He had fucking 23" arms at his biggest. That shit ain’t easy to maintain.

Some pics in this thread are just plain retarded.
I get that some people are just having a giggle but still…

Not every old guy looks like that and not every old ex competitor, who have also delt with injurie, looks like that so there is definitely more to it than old age and injuries.
But I do agree that it is partially attributed to the aging process.

agreed
what the hell do people expect coleman to look like?
the only thing that looks ‘bad’ is that his arms are pretty small
-he doesn’t train eat supplement or juice anywhere near the level he did in his prime
-he has had tons of injuries pushing himself to be the greatest BBer of all time
-he is getting older
the post about arnold looking good 6 years after he retired: he retired very young, he had a good 50lbs less lean tissue than ronnie, he moved into acting where his physique was his sole selling point so kept up training drugs etc as much as possible
some of the ‘vets’ posting really don’t know what the fuck they are talking about, sorry iron dwarf but you in particular really stand out in the BB forum as having no clue.
