I got pain in my tailbone after doing leg press today. I haven’t done them for a while. Started back on them last week and planned on doing them for a few weeks to change things up. Did I have the seat adjusted wrong? Foot placement wrong? Anyone else have experience with this?
are you letting your lower back round and come off the pad when you get deep into the press?

It’s possible. It’s been a while since I’ve done them so maybe my form was off. I sometimes lift my head off the pad when I’m squeezing out the last couple of reps. Maybe I’m rounding my back when I do that.
I read a while back something about foot placement determining how much torque you place on the bottom of the spine, but I don’t remember if your feet are supposed to be high or low.
Get into position, Inhale a deeep breath, shoulders back and keep your chest up throughout the movement.
This should eliminate any curling of arse bone.
BTW… you can breathe now…
