Hoping to see if any experienced and educated minds can help me with an issue I’ve had for a few weeks now…
I seem to be getting a pain that feels like it is in the lateral deltoid muscle area during any over head press movement and sometimes in horizontal presses (bench, press up etc). I can perform actions like side raises, front raises, landmine press with no pain however the pain that occurs in pressing motions doesn’t seem to be easing or going away.
There is no signs of swelling or bruising and I can’t pin point a moment where this started, I just went to do my OHP as usual and noticed pain, skipped it in the next programmed session and have been trying other movements since
