So finally this is my 1st post here on T-Nation!
I have been a long time lurker and check out T-Nation pretty much every day, usually when I’m supposed to be working, shhhh dont tell anybody
Since coming back from traveling I’ve gained around 14 lbs in about 3 months and everything was progressing nicely. Then I ended up splitting with my G/F which screwed me over for a month, I still trained but couldn’t get my head really into it so I only gained another few lbs.
Now all thats behind me I’m looking for some recommendations for my next cycle?
What has been your best mass routine?
I am going to eat a lot and eat clean, get my protien intake up to around 200g per day.
Please bear in mind that I don’t have anything fancy to train with. Just an oly bar, thick bar, squat rack, trap bar, dumbells, and a home made dip / pull up station.
