I’m tweaking my diet and I’m thinking of moving over to Berardi’s P+C and P+F after reading a bunch of his articles. However I’m not sure if it’d really be all that useful to me, because from what I understand its only benefit is in body composition.
I’m an ectomorph and I’m just looking to get more explosive and stronger so body comp doesn’t matter much to me, would just eating as much good clean food as possible work just as well as the P+C P+F approach?
