P+C, P+F for Strength?

I’m tweaking my diet and I’m thinking of moving over to Berardi’s P+C and P+F after reading a bunch of his articles. However I’m not sure if it’d really be all that useful to me, because from what I understand its only benefit is in body composition.

I’m an ectomorph and I’m just looking to get more explosive and stronger so body comp doesn’t matter much to me, would just eating as much good clean food as possible work just as well as the P+C P+F approach?

Yes with your goals in mine sure just eat good clean food IMO. I mean limit the grains and such at night with your fattier meals but dont shy away from fruits etc.and like you said good clean food and most important caloric excess
