P&C&F Guidelines question

I know that there is an article that outlines the dietary requirement for intake of fat, carbs, and protien. And what to eat with what and how much.
PLEASE, where is it?
Seems like it was Massive Eating, or something like that. I would need to know how to use the requirements for fat loss. Lot’s of fat loss (about forty pounds)

Look at Massive Eating I and II. Also, look at Massive Eating Reloaded I and II. Another article that might be useful is Solving the Post-Workout Puzzle. These are all by John Berardi.

If you are trying to loose fat, look at T-Dawg diet as well.
