That was really all I did! I refrained from any more pec/tricep/arm work because I have 3 sets of 10 bench tomorrow. I was going to work in some abs, but seriously, I just wanted to get home because I want to try and make it out to buy some new shoes today. I’ll save all the fun accessory stuff for tomorrow!!

Today i was told to try to tighten my abs on the GM but I found that impossible. Do you know anything about this? Just doesn’t sound right to tighten abs while bending.

haha I can’t believe it either because it is wrong. I neglected to log my warm up. I always do the bar and then 95 for 3.

So I guess you all have noticed that the squatting everyday thing did not go as planned. I’m on a new squatting program “Russian Squatting Program” I think it is called. Basically you squat 3x week with manageable weight for the first 3 weeks and then going heavier so lets see if this works for meh.

Yeah a PR for me. It was weird, I didn’t even feel my body “working” really, almost like it was numbed. And before I know it, I was at 10 reps, and I was shooting for 6 or 7, haha.

Yeah, its kind of a disturbing feeling isn’t it? Well disturbing and marvelous at the same time…The great thing is that is awakens you to your true potential, but then it also lets you know how much mental shit you sometimes let get in the way(at least I do). My body is capable of far more than my mind seems to think/allow it at times. Oh well, I will never stop fighting the battle of mind v. matter.
