How come everyone says it takes them 1:30 to do these workouts?
Even when I do all 5 sets, it takes between 1:00 - 1:05 to complete it.
I’m resting 120 seconds in between every superset… any suggestions on what I’m doing wrong/differently?

i doubt most people follow the rest protocol properly. i for one usually drop the last isolation movt so only three exercises are done if im short on time.
Yeah, I rest exactly 2mins between sets, more or less (I’ve got a watch).
I can see how it’d be easy to rest 3-4 minutes, especially when you’re tired after the slow eccentrics, etc.
