OVT question

Hey,

I was wondering how you’d work traps into OVT training…I was thinking about cutting it into the shoulder day…but a buddy said to cut it into the chest and back portion.

Any thoughts?? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried OVT yet?

Every day is no less than grueling, if you follow the tempo and set prescriptions. I would reccommend that you maybe skip direct trap work for your OVT cycle-- don’t worry, they won’t disappear.

But you know, OVT isn’t a rigid workout, it’s simply a set/rep/tempo guideline-- the exercises can be chosen by you, with the gist of the program staying the same.

So if say, you have biceps that bulge out of your sleeves like a plus-size bikini model in a toe-touching contest, then you might want to skip the direct bicep work and add in some direct trap work instead.
