His before pic is on the left.
He admits that his nutrition sucked during the OVT training soooo I guess that’s a lesson well learned by the OP.

OVT stands for Optimized Volume Training. It was created by one of the authors on this site Christian Thib’s. [/quote]
This thread delivers. Now, we wait for it to be moderated into oblivion.

You need to take better after pics. You looks smaller, but not leaner, as if you lost good mass. I hope it’s only due to the lighting.
Yeah, Diet sucked. Coach Thib’s is still the man! I weighed around 190 in the first pick give or take a pound given the day and in the second pick I weighed 185. I was also working out after work when I was feeling run down. The biggest problem I have is not being able to eat at work. Does anyone have any good suggestions of something I could take at work that’s not a meal I would have to cook? or even a good shake? I have Arnold’s Encyclopedia and it is awesome. Had my best results ever when I was doing the workouts in the book. Strength and size gains were through the roof but over time I wanted to try some different things. It is definitely true. The basics work. Nutrition is key with any workout. Lesson learned. I will do one of Arnie’s workouts soon and post before/after pic’s as well. I will do it RIGHT this time so if I screw up shame on me.
