In your original layer system set up. If You were to perform an overhead movement during the week, what would you recommend…scrape the rack press, press from pins, push press, strict press?

All of these work. I personally consider the push press to be the superior overhead movement
CT,
Would the push press take the place of one of the bench days, or could a third pressing movement be added in? I’ve been toying with this for a while. Maybe a split like this? Wasn’t sure if that’s too much stress on the shoulders as they seem to get hit fairly hard by the high pulls as well.
Decl. Tilt Bench
SGHP
Leg Day/lats
Incl. Tilt Bench
SGHP
Push press/lats
@jbl sorry for butting in here, but i have incorporated it into this program
Thanks Dom!!
What’s the secret to getting into the “special people only” level 100? lol
I just saw our buddy Brandon is one of the chosen ones!

I have;
Push Press
Front Squat
SGHP
Back Squat
Decline Bench
Deadlift
OFF
Repeat above… ensure 3 scoops of plasma; though the carries still make it tough to go into the next day recovered !
