Alright, here is a one hand snatch/jerk/press attempt. It is ugly, really ugly. I tried these after a pitiful C&PP workout. Turns out when you take migraine medicine (it helps limit the amount of nerve signals) your following workout sucks. My legs felt like soft cushioning rather than springs. At least the videography is better (acting still sucks).

110X5 ← stopped with my left arm here at this weight and just did rep work with lighter DBs after. That shoulder is feeling much better now, and I may go back to barbell work in a week or two.

185X2 PR by 5 LBs. I think I’m done going this heavy with this movement for a while. I attempted to guide the DB down with my off hand on some of my warm up sets, but this only led to me getting very off balance once I got to the 110 pounder. I’m simply not co-ordinated enough for that technique.
Probably going back to barbell work in a week or two, and will give that Z-press a go. Sounds and looks challenging as hell.

i got the flu so I took a week offf hit some events this saturday still feel a little weak 275 would have been a 4lb pr by the 250 attempt I was obviously not 100% yet
