Got myself clean - Weed, alcohol and cigarette free for just over 6 months now. Spent the last six weeks-ish cleaning up my diet and cutting a bunch of excess fat. Going forward I’m going to continue with a little less cardio and moving to mass building as my primary focus.
I got the basics down, a lot of good info off the site and some good advice so now I’m experimenting with diet and routines. A little older and new to the scene, with that being said I’m open to constructive criticism and appreciate any positive motivation…save me the bs though. 30 yo, 6’, 175lbs.
Logging workouts only for now while I mess with diet plan. I’m starting pretty simple and every workout begins with full body warm up and stretches.
Today:
Flat bench - 4 x 6, 135lbs
Incline bench - 4 x 6, 115lbs
Decline dumbbell press - 4 x 6, 40lbs
Pec deck - 3 x 6, 190lbs
