Overcome

Most important, relax. Don’t burn yourself out warming up to soon before the fight.

I like some carbs and protein about hour and half before the fight. Start to stretching, icy hot, and roll your shoulders, knees, neck, ect out about 45 min before the fight. Get your hands taped, or wrapped. Drink lots of water and take 200mg-400mg of caffeine about 30 before your fight.

Than shadow box. Light and fast, picture the fight, throw the combos you are going to throw in the fight. Work defense and movement too.
Still stay relax, you should be warm but not breathing hard. Drink more water.

Glove up, hit some pads. Light and fast. Don’t kill the pad, throw combos. No new shit, nothing you are not good at. Throw the stuff you know works for you. You should be sweating now, still not breathing hard. Stop about 5 min before your fight, sit, walk around, shadow, whatever just be warm and relaxed. drink more water, stay loose and relax.

Do you have a coach or corner man? He should be handle all your stuff, shirt, water, mouth piece, ect. You just focus on having fun.

When you get in the ring, stay relaxed. Throw combos, Do not try to hurt him with one punch, you will gas. Combos, combos, combos. Fast and loose. The rounds will be short, so you don’t have to worry about cardio if you stay relaxed. So get busy in there. Hands up, chin down, and throw punches. Don’t worry about what he is doing, worry about what you are doing.

The jab is the most important punch, get that going first. Hands up, and good luck. [/quote]

Thanks again. I’ll let you know how it goes.

I can’t believe you still feel the need to keep the most boring training log on the net ever. 531 is boring and gay.

How is Judy btw? Is he still the usual uber-god who is able to change his body composition like a guy shooting 1g test+1g tren a week, only with adding an extra protein shake per day? ha

Now that ya know who I am, I think you should be rather lean with your amount of training and such a clean diet, even factoring in the cheat day. Figure that out and be a better fighter.

What can I say, I like boring E-people.

He’s good. He finally competed, won an IPF raw meet, has a invitation to worlds. He’s still a creature of the night so he still gets angry when he doesn’t have the gym to himself for 5 hours at a time, or money for things because he refuses to work. He is a damn interesting person though.

Yeah. I need to get down to about 200 lbs. The reach on the bigger guys is to much to handle if they know what they are doing. I need to start stealing and get myself some Pharm HGH…

Got some pics up of my bout’s aftermath, by the way. Thanks for advice. I don’t think I would have done it if you hadn’t said something.

Place at the man’s table starts at 315 OHP, according to Lattimer.
225 was like 1.02% body weight.
I have the most ghetto video of it because it was to large to send it from my phone.

Awesome dude, fucking awesome. You only regret things you DON’T do. I so glad you did it, had fun and won. its all kinds of badass.

Was just skimming through your log, and noticed two things.

1)Great training going on.

2)Behemoth is the shit.

Behemoth is THE shit, my training has gone to shit haha. Got to heal up, great things are upcoming.

Hurt my shoulder, so training has not been right. Having trouble benching 225. So I’m shutting down till I heal up, hopefully soon i can get back to lifting right, use 90% of my last 5/3/1 day, and make gains from there.

I’m sorry to hear that man. Rest up, get better.
