regarding your thighs: your brain IS probably screwing with you. especially if the measurements are the same. i will mention that when i started DLing (i pull sumo) my pants were tighter in the ass and thighs but they were not fatter or worse looking.

Time for an update. I’m in my third week of working with Tony and it’s been 6 weeks since I last measured myself. Here’s my progress:

Calf 14 (-1.0)

I’m pretty happy with the inches lost, especially the waist and hip changes. Onward!

Okay ladies I just got my new program from Tony. I get to take the hex trap bar over to the gym next week! Yay! Very excited! He really seems to have stepped up the program compared to the first month. I’m doing front squats, trap bar deadlifts, pulldowns, something called the “death circuit” (great name, yeah?), push ups, rows, planks, presses, lunges…and that’s just on Day 1. I kid, I jest! There are lots of other smaller moves too mixed and mingled in. He asked me to video my DB step ups and when I did, my friend Patti and I decided to send a “bonus” video. Attached for your viewing pleasure. He said it made his week and he got a good laugh out of it.
