If appetite is an issue try saffron oil caps.
I’ve dropped pounds and this is some of what I take:
Garlic pills
Saffron oil caps
Sunflower seed extract
Asheaganda
D3
B vitamins, nearly every one daily
Red genseng
Aloe Vera caps
L-Arginine, L-Citrulline
No multivitamins presently but tylically use “Smarty Pants” I buy from Prime.
While taking those specifically I’ve dropped 20 lbs of fat while (I admit it dammit) not even lifting.
In January.
I plan to double the frequency of test-cypionate in January and am hoping to be rid of enough more for at least an an outline.
