how do you read the the tempo numbers ie. what does Tempo 201 mean
if i remember correctly the tempo system works like this: the first number is how long in seconds it should take you to go from start to the top, the middle number is the number of seconds you hold at the top, and the third number is how long it goes back down.
so for example, if you were doing preacher curl with a 201 tempo, it would take 2 seconds to get to the top, rest 0 seconds at the top, and take 1 second to go back down to the bottom.
You got it backwards. First number is lowering, middle the pause, and last the raising. So with 201 you would lower it in 2 seconds, then immediately raise it in 1 second.
