Good to be back! And yeah, I dont know why I wear it but I find it instantly adds 50 lbs to my squat!

with your push presses/ohp, actively push your head under the bar once it passes. this helps line the shoulder girdle up with your centre of gravity and lets you generate more power. Also keep your wrists straight with your forearm, again this keep the bar on your centre of gravity and prevents fucked wrists

Thanks for the heads up, the day after I noticed my left wrist was kinda fucked from the pressing moments there. Ill really force my head through the next time im doing them.
