Warm up

Bench:
5 x 10 @ 50KG

BB Row:
5 x 10 - 15 @ 70KG

Push press:
5 x 6 - 8 @ 50KG

Sled drag:
75KG x 10 x 15M

Sled sprint:
60KG x 10 x 15M

I met the strong guys at my gym today and im really thinking of asking to train with them. Strong as in squats with 3 warm up sets and then an easy triple at 150KG, the two of them are stronger than me by a good bit.

I got talking to one of them and he was telling me about his “experimental” week which will be 6 days, 12 x 5 squats, 8 x 5 chins and some GHR’s for the lulz. THe squats are as heavy as you can go while still being able to crawl out of the gym(80% or more).

Looking at them, training was fun and they were having the time of their life stacking plates and hitting PR’s. They do it because they love it and I really digged the energy.

Hmmm, more thinking is needed but ill let you know how it goes.

I think people over think programming. Just lift heavy shit anywhere from 4-6 days a week in a varying number of ways. Eat like an asshole, sleep like you’re unemployed and watch yourself grow. Thats a solid programme right there!

Btw, those sled workouts look fookin’ brutal. Definitely glad it wasn’t me doing them!

Some good work in here. 4 plate deadlifting and 2 plate front squatting is not “usual” by any means, keep it up

Yeah I think people just like to pull what sounds good out of their ass and be like “yo check it” and man that sled hurts so much, can’t wait for our next bro session.

Doing 75 pul ups in a workout is no joke, mad props. My pull ups suck right now, the deeper into bulk-mode I go, the harder they become!

pull ups are where its at! i used to hit 10 pull ups every time I went into the gym and every time i left the gym when I was on my last deployment and it helped me out tremendously.

Thats a pretty great idea actually, I might bang out 10 or so when ever im going into or leaving the gym.
