I have a day which looks something like this:
Trap bar DL
Clean to Front Squat
Overhead Press
Pull Up
1 Hand Overhead press with chains
15 Minute Cardio, usually stair climbing
I notice if I front squat first then my OHP suffers. On the other hand, if I overhead press first then my cleans suffer.
I could switch OHP with Dumbbell bench press and chin ups, I suppose, but Im in the middle of a cycle and would rather not change anything now.
Do you think I should prioritize front squats or OHP? Will it make a significant difference?
