I do hate telling people about mirror muscles though - there are a couple of people here who have the ‘condition’ but i dont say shit…!
If it were me i would maybe look into taking up a sport to make best use of the slow twich muscle base he likely has. Not a flame, but to spend so much (not just the latter supp) and concentrate on “bulking up” to arrive there has to be disheartening.
I will say this - it can be very difficult for an experienced trainer to seek advice, but i think if JF paid money for a muscle coach, he might triple his gains in the next year…
I admit I don’t have the greatest genetics for BBing. I also know that my nutrition could improve along with training (most people are not perfect in either).
And I’ve taken a slide in the past month due to setbacks out of my control, but this is the progress in the last year, not sure how much more I could improve in such a short time
