Hi guys…All this talk on the forum lately of the hardgainer who has trouble putting on significant amounts of muscle because of a tendency to put fat on very easily. THIS IS ME!. Its really refreshing to see others realizing that all hardgainers aren’t skinny guys h can’t gain muscle.I’m wondering how you guys would set up a muscle gaining phase for someone that falls in this category .I figure there are a few different categories I am trying my hardest but the fat gains still seem to be outweighing the muscle gains. th first category would be Diet: Low II and GI carbs…all my carbs come from oats and Surge or green veggies(250 grams as a whole). Fat :mostly from good fats such as flax fish and CLA…some small mounts of saturates.(This is what i’ve ben tryin to do)although you will get most of your 6’s from oat and such(80 grams total)…as there is no way around it. Protein…kept high for muscle building and recovery. raining: I am unsure here… 1 part says lower volume for recovery…part says higher in order to keep lean. I am doing 18 sets per workout… 4 workouts per week. Cardio: Not sure…atall about this one…I ahd been doing cardio after lifting but saw no gains… but i’m not as lean now either…?..finally supplements.i’m taking Surge and glut/bcaa’s for recovery…and methoxy7 and cla for nutrient partioning. I just don’t know…I would love to know how you guy’s do it with your athletes and some suggestions you’d have for me…or any other hints people with experience have…Thanks Mike
