Is it a decent source of calories/vitamins? How about V8 Fusion??

Research the kinds you like and decide based on your goals. (I just googled “v8 nutritional facts”)
I’ve only tried it a few times but was thinking I might start drinking it again, also. It seems like a good way to get in some good vitamins and antioxidants. I’m bulking so I don’t mind the extra carbs. If you’re going low carb, you may want to watch the intake.
What I don’t get…
Didn’t Bowden say to drink fresh squeezed juice ASAP or it loses its anti-oxidant potential?
If so, why would you drink canned juice like V8 that has obviously been sitting around for some time?
I was just drinking one of those 12oz cans of low-sodium V8.

Great addition.
Much like my post.
It’s pasteurized, so the vitamins are added after the fact. Still, it’s better than soda.

LOL.
Yeah, I might’ve done a better job pointing out that the low-sodium V8 is easily the best option and I’m thrilled by the fact that the 12oz cans are finally available, in addition to those tiny 3.5oz’ers.
