I have used this routine for about two years. I have gotten results with it, but it seems to have slowed some. Anyway, I was wondering if mixing up some of the pulls with the pushes would be better. I think I need a change.

Bentover BB Rows

Bicep Preacher Curls with EZ curl bar

Leg Extensions
Incline DB Press
Decline DB press
Close grip flat bench BB
Triceps pushdowns

If you think you need a change then you probably do. Here’s an idea, take a look at the lifts you are currently doing and do none of them. Choose different exercises for everything. Then take the ones you liked and work replace some of the ones you are doing. Also, start with what you used to finish with. Just change, change is good, change makes you better.
Try weighted dips and pull ups for new exercises. Also try just changing your grip and try some DB exercises in place of BB exercises. Ex. Try bent over DB rows, flat DB press, incline/decline BB press, ect…
