@throwawayfitness, I have done the exact same thing man! Celebrate with alcohol, food, especially icecrean, that’s my kryptonite. I feel ya, making the change has been trying at times. However, your posts and achievements have been a big motivator for myself, keep up the fight!!!

Good to see you back! Know you are not the only one who has these issues. They seem to be rampant in the bodybuilding world. There are lots of tricks, as others here have shared some of their own, shows just how difficult it is on all of us.

People who say it’s easy to get muscular and lean are either selling something, young, or extremely genetically gifted.

Good luck to you, don’t be so hard on yourself. You have been kicking ass!
