Just wanted to share a meal I just put together. As I was digging through my work fridge and tub of cooked chicken breasts, I noticed I had some string cheese. Being the enterprising (and gluttonous) guy that I am, I tore the cheese into strips and put it on a piece of chicken. A couple of minutes in the microwave, and you have melted mozzarella to balance out the dry-enough-to-choke-a-donkey chicken breast. Not bad at all.
Here’s another one: chicken breast torn into chunks, chopped fresh broccoli, olive oil, soy sauce, grated parmesan, black pepper. Nuke it & stir. Taysteee! Keep broccoli down to 1 cup & it’s a P+F meal.
