Online Food Logs

hi, everyone! reading the magazine convinced me of the advantage of keeping a food log.

i’ve decided to finaly start keeping a record of my diet and start a food log. do any of you use sone type of online diary? wich one would you recomend? i know i’m lazy about figuring out the macros from each food, maybe one of those online-diary’s would help.
thanks

fer

The one I have used is at Fitday. It is fairly easy to use, once you enter in all of the custom nutrition profiles for your foods.

I use a Mead composition book, but I know plenty of people who like Fitday.

Try fitday.

fitday here as well. May take some time customizing foods that aren’t on their list but you only have to enter it once. It’s a bit frustrating at first but goes easier if you keep with it for a while.

I use Recipe Calc 4.0 to calculate food values, then enter it in an Excel spreadsheet that I designed myself to add it all up.

thank you all

I wanted to bump this, because I just found this site, and others might like it too. It’s great for lazy guys like me who don’t want to write stuff down.
