hi, everyone! reading the magazine convinced me of the advantage of keeping a food log.
i’ve decided to finaly start keeping a record of my diet and start a food log. do any of you use sone type of online diary? wich one would you recomend? i know i’m lazy about figuring out the macros from each food, maybe one of those online-diary’s would help.

fitday here as well. May take some time customizing foods that aren’t on their list but you only have to enter it once. It’s a bit frustrating at first but goes easier if you keep with it for a while.
I wanted to bump this, because I just found this site, and others might like it too. It’s great for lazy guys like me who don’t want to write stuff down.
