Online Drama/legal action

Hello

I’m a massage therapist and having issues with a guy in facebook.

Long story short, a guy on a massage page I believe hacked ny account and posted things to clients/school’s page. I’ve lost clients and have been ddnies a job over it also. One of tge posts he made was on the wall of tge woman who interviewed me. I was set to work at her spa before this took place.

I have no proof if was him bug I have no problems with anyone. I’m a peace loving guy. How do I go about finding this guy and proving it was him and what can I do to him?

Can FB trace all tge places my account has been logged in from?8

Sorry for typos. I’m getting used to on screen keyboards.

No opinion / or guidance?

Well, how about you forget what you can do to him and first do some serious PR desaster management?

This is not about fucking a dick over, you have plenty of time to do that, this is about protecting your livelyhood.

After that, if you can find out who it was, you can of course fuck him over slowly and painfully, I am just saying work comes before play.

Where he says “what can I do to him?” i think he is referring to legal action, hence the threads title, not just fucking the guy over

OP, first thing you do when your account is hacked is change your password, change your password for associated email account, and possibly even change the associated email account/phone number so he can’t “recover” your new passwords with any other tricks.

Second thing you do is post a status saying your account was hacked and if this is done in a timely manner damage control is easier if people are understanding. Some people might see you as inept for getting hacked in the first place though

Legal action does not matter if your reputation is at stake.

Change passwords, post an explanation of what happened, send a personal apology to customers because they were inconvenienced due to circumstances at least somewhat in your control…

What does it matter if some dick is found guilty in a court of law if you are broke and ruined?

Solid advice. I’ve sent message and changed my log in info as soon as it happened. I managed to gain some clients back but I lost more than I got back. Most wint respond to texts/viicemails/FB messages…so, I’m guessing their gone forever.

I’m just going to rebuild my base around tgd ones I have…
