Looking excellent man. You look to be in great shape…after all, isn’t that the point!!
A thin waist is a thin waist. Gals dig that much more than you other guys calling for more thickness. His body type is his body type.
I am STILL amazed at how many people try and poke holes in this guys physique and effort!! You same guys look like crap naked and have NO IDEA at what point your physical shell is truly HEALTHY!! Give it a rest and realize body types and reasonable (natural)healthy limitations.

You dont need to get all insulting buddy. The OP openly stated that he wanted a good “beach body” which he surely has. However, this is a primarily bodybuilding and powerlifting site which means people are going to get critiqued by BB terms and if they are PL by PL standards.
Therefore your comment about everyone on this site looking like crap naked…if you wanna talk about sex and getting laid visit the SatMA forum and have at it. This is rate my physique on a BB geared site, therefore the OP is going to get suggestions on how to look better as a BB, not as a frat boy with a beach body.
I ditto that GetSwole. Aggreed completely with what you are saying. In my humble opinion, one of the reason why T-Nation is great or better than the million bodydbuilding websites out there is the fact that T-Nation contents is geared more towards pure bodybuilding topics (At least we try). Anyone that is SERIOUS about BB, should make T-Nation one of thier main source for information. I suggest that we keep T-Nation apart from all the other BB website by keepings its content for serious bodybuilders.
My two cents
Damn man, that’s really impressive with only a years work. Can’t say I know many people that look like that with just a year under their belt. I think you have pretty good lean, muscle thickness for a year.
You’ve definatly kept the fat content to a minimum. I think you’ll look more impressive with a bit of bulk but that’s just my opinion. Great job.
You have only lifted 1 year? Either, you have great genectics, or you are stretching the truth. I heard on this thread they say you don’t have enough muscle size, that might be true, but there is no mistaking your good diet.
And by the way, for you guys saying he is too small, well, I rather look lean like this any day of the week. Wait until you get a little older, you would love to look like this. Good Job!

Just a word of advice bro, you continuosly stating that you’ve “never took steriods,” and “i’ve been training for a year now,” is really unessecary and rather annoying.
Usually, when somone needs to restate the obvious over and over again, they’re lying. Also you mesurements seem a bit off, but it could just be bad pics. Your arms don’t look to be 17 inches.[/quote]
Their aint no way in hell you got 17’ arms. I have to pull out the BS card on that one.
Sure, i would love to be built like him when i am 90. he is built, has good width and a slim waist, but probably doesn;t even look like he lifts in everyday clothes. If thats what you want, to look oridnary in daily attire but shredded when the clothes come off, please go for it grandpa.

Well, if I were you I keep my clothes on, this way no one can see how much bodyfat you have. Sorry that you feel insecure about someone seeing you with them off.
I think its the way the pics are taken also, he had some nice definition but when you look carefully at the pics he doesnt have alot of mass
This is an old post. The guy hasn’t logged on since Feb. Let this one die…
Wrong conclusion, sir. Very wrong conclusion.
And I saw your advice to the woman trying herself out for an NPC competition…leg overdevelopment is a STRONG mark-down for a figure athlete and you were telling her she will do great! wtf? have you ever attended a figure show?.
my advice to you is to stick to Mr Rhode ISland and local shows where someone can place with no upper body width whatsoever, and not fuck around with someone who has actually been through the NPC and will compete in the 2009 team universe.
Right now I am hovering between 14 and 17% body fat and I guess you could say the OP here is leaner than I am. However, once I finish diet and depletion, guess who will have the last laugh.
Have fun getting “back in the game” and your local shows and enjoy the challenge of putting on mass at your age without support and without going over 10% body fat. But then again you’re just doing this shit to challenge yourself and don;t give a damn if you place or not!!!
Good day to you.

If you can’t say something constructive, don’t say anything. I been to alot more shows than you ever have, I been doing BB since 1979. I trained with the top in this sport, and still keep in touch with some IFBB Pros. So don’t tell me how all knowing you are, and yes, if you win the Universe, that is a big accomplishment. Don’t judge people you don’t know, and be sarcastic to them, there is nothing professional about that. For your info. The majority of the people in the world do not accept BB, they rather see a lean guy like this, who looks healthy. I hope that enlightens you.
I think that is unusual for a years work but stellar none the less
honestly i dont think thats a years work…everyone always has before pictures no matter wat no one just starts lifting and then says o here i am…hes either a been lifting for a while or b…roids
11yrs later…?? anyone wants to see?
I do
Secretly hoping you either placed in a Mr Olympia qualifier or are a total fatso now. I’ll be happy with either lol
Ah, yesterday a girl was doing Romanian deadlifts and so awkwardly, she looked so out of place but her bf was trying to show her. Me and my guy friend were waiting and I wanted to bitchslap him cuz he was making fun of her to me. I reminded him not to be a meat head, he laughed and she gave me the eye beams like Steve vai does if someone messes up…geez, the hating and cat claws. I behaved myself like an adult. Yay, me. I just was anxious to try my chuck Taylor’s on my conventional deadlift. It was weird but I felt my heels pushing…really hard to explain such a difference compared to my running shoes. My point of high jacking thread is that I feel your not being honest with pic and or workouts…I have zilch bs tolerance…11 years later…wanna see as if we’d be drooling…hmmm. (Yawn)
Wtf?
I was trying to say who cares what he looks like now when it is impossible his old post. Just bored with the thought that he’d just show up and expect, to me, as if I give a crap. No accountability just wanting to see if we’re interested. To me nah, I’d rather ignore him. I mean cmon Romanian deadlifts and rowing to get results. It’s like a gIrl getting a boob job posting and then 10 years later her ass. Accountability and progress over time and realistic results
Oh now I’ve read your post again it’s so obvious what you meant I don’t know how I missed it…
Just earlier I was lifting weights and this bee flew past and I thought hey a bee that’s cool, I had Adidas sambas on and then I feel like hey that bee could fly faster if he had trainers but like whatever I’m just in the zone. Zero tolerance so no it don’t matter after 11 years.
