Good work for one year.
I can’t tell from these pics, but if you have big strong legs, then you would have a big strong ass, and I don’t think you have that.
Post a pic of the legs, good job on the beach muscles, thicken up your back (heavy rack pulls, heavy rowing, etc.)
my glutes isn’t the bubble kind… that’s all!.. it’s really strong… but small
!! but my quads and hams are really good and proportional wid my upperbody… newyz… thanks for ur advice guyz!!.. anyone wants to send more comments ?

yes.
Youngblood, you have a good lean upper body with a small waist that looks much better in photograph than it probably is in real life: angle of the pictures, your ab vacuum pose. You need more weight overall before cutting down this time, and add some direct arm work. Keep doing the DLs and eat enough so in a few years you’ll have good thickness.
Also, don’t be difficult, post a wheels pic if the others ask for it. You’ll just end up irritating the others with the over-polite condescending tone and strange way of speaking (I realize English isn’t your first language. It ain’t mine either)
Come to think of it, you could just give an overall description of your whole body instead of the photo: “it looks really good, don’t worry. Not huge but good. Now rate me.”
Good stuff bro But I just find it hard to beleive youve only lifted for 1 year. Whats your weight and bodyfat% but wish I looked like that after a year. Ive also been training exactly 1 year
in the pics i was 72kg and and had 6% bodyfat… but now im 87 kg wid 9% bodyfat… … im much bigger now… but lost some of my cuts cuz i went up to 9% bodyfat %… and seriously… im not into the BIG BODYBUILDER LOOK!.. i just wanted to have a good beach body… but this summer ill have more muscle mass!.. everyone thought that i took steroids to go from 72kg to 87kg… in a 3 months peroid… but i didn’t :D… i guess it’s my genetics… newayz… i know that i should have more thickness in my back and upper chest… and im working on it… thanks a lot for the comments guyz :)…
That waist is insane man, that looks teeny, too teeny. Taper is good, anorexia is not. You should eat more, like alot more, I’m in a similair boat and I’m trying my hardest to get out of it. You look kinda thin, in a way, I’d suggest starting to do some serious deadlifts\rows and squats should help you fill that waistline out, like I said taper is good, but you make ethiopians look like they should visit jenny craig.
Your arms also look very very flat for someone who’s so cut, so I’d suggest bringing them up a bit.
Can’t say anything about the legs, but that torso doesn’t look like it could support some good heavy squats. (my exact issue, but getting better, I’ve found knee sleeves helped me be able to squat due to bad knees)
man i already told you that i was 72kg in that pic… and now im 87kg… in pounds… that’s going from 158pounds to 191pounds
… ill take some pics this week… and ill post them as the “AFTER” pics… hope you guyz will post some comments on how i could improve more…

Just a word of advice bro, you continuosly stating that you’ve “never took steriods,” and “i’ve been training for a year now,” is really unessecary and rather annoying. Usually, when somone needs to restate the obvious over and over again, they’re lying. Also you mesurements seem a bit off, but it could just be bad pics. Your arms don’t look to be 17 inches.
You look good with good muscle definition and very low body fat. However, you aren’t very big or strong as compared to how your muscle looks. You have the potential to look exceptional and be very strong if you keep lifting and making progress with the amount of weight you can push.
D
looks good i guess if you want to be a surfer… but far to skinny and his definition obviously makes him look a lot bigger when really, you look very small.
good progress, but definatly need a lot of thickness re: everywhere
Not my preference for shape and size as a result of hard training, but for some one that I’m guessing started life quite lean and is going for that whole “Mens Fitness” look, I think you’ve done well for a year in.
