One Song

Right now it’s “Wasted Youth Crew” from Blood for Blood.

But my favorite songs change with the day almost.

Not a single song out there gets me as pumped up as this one:

Would have said “Outshined” by Soundgarden but since Pearl Jam has yet to get any ink I’m gonna go with “Leash”

“Supermoves”, by Overseer.

And anything by Slayer.

Oh, and I can’t leave out of course Metallicas, “Unforgiven”.

Mudvayne “DIG”[/quote]

Serious Honorable Mention:

“Wait and Bleed” by Slipknot

Dig is my favorite, but W & B gets me right for lifting as well.

anything off the slipknot 9.0 live cd
cranked up REALLY loud…

Killswith or Slipknot

Your welcome for this video, watch it if you havent lifted yet today:

“Killing Fields” Slayer

When I REALLY need a good workout I’ll throw in Megadeth’s “Cryptic Writings”, but there are a handful of songs on there that mean so much to me sometimes it’s hard to contain myself emotionally. It’ll either be a great session or I won’t even be able to finish.

The Dillinger Escape Plan’s “When Good Dogs Do Bad Things”

Crestfallen (not the one most know though) - With Heaven’s Words Unspoken.

Room 409 by Bullet For My Valentine.

We’ve got some good taste in here. I can’t pick just one. But I’ll do my best to keep it short.

The Tremor by Nightrage
Chainheart Machine by Soilwork
Above The Winter Moonlight by DragonForce

My favorites for lifting are power metal and swedish death metal.

Mr. Clean, Symphony X is an amazing band. I’ve seen them several times. Michael Romeo is unreal on stage. He pulls that shit of effortlessly.
