Thought I’d check out your log, see what sort of company I’m in here in the forum and … well… holy crap! You’re definitely setting the bar high - way to go!

Look forward to following your progress.

Rock on!

Thanks Chicka!!! Is that you in your av. pic? If so SWEET! With my grace I would fall off and break my nose

I think my log is gonna die soon! Usually what…46 pages or so?

That is me, yeah. Took a while, but it’s so much fun! Bet with you strength we could get you up there in no time! I’ve tumbled a few times, but nothing too nasty. The bumps and bruises just get added to my callouses, gnarling scrapes, and shin scrapes as badges of honor

Might be time for you to start Two Plate, Three Plate, Four Plate, Five!

Warm Up: BB complex

Strength:

Front Squat
6x95
6x95
1x135
1x135
1x155
1x155
1x185
1x215 F
I was super shaky and heart burn began at the second 155 :frowning: But I had to try

That being said I had my first squat fail and I lived through it! I am happy that happened because now I know what to expect and it didnt hurt.

Cardio:

5 pullups
run .25 treadmill slight incline
15 pushups
3 rounds
(12:31 min, 151 cals, 10%FB, ave. <3 rate 181 max 191)

I am in bad shape cardio wise. Felt like my lungs were burning

Should have a Dr apt around thurs or so to go over my unltrasound. The tech said I should try and be ready for an MRI. Most of my pain is where my appendix is but it is not appearing to be swollen or anything. (That is also apparently where the small intestine meets the large or something like that) Other than that its just alot of heart burn and bloating and what not. Fun fun.

Oo do you also play guitar? Hope you feel better and they find nothing serious.

You’ve never failed a squat before?

You’ve never failed a squat before?

So incredulous I posted it twice!

mini~ nope I dont…my daughter does a bit, but went to piano instead. And thanks for the well wishes

snap… nope never have. I have always been scared to! I still have never failed a back squat.

Failing a squat is kind of like getting beat wrestling. It can hurt, can be painless, is always humbling.

nice front squat! you beat my PR by 5 lbs…

With the amount of times I failed a squat and dropped the wright, I always feel humbled and yet I often gotten up, re-racked and tried once more. It’s definitely an experience.
