ooh. i wonder if your body comp will improve with coming off birth control? a lot of women find that taking it messes them up. not that you seem to be messed up, but will be interesting to see what goes on with you without it.

Yeah…actually I am really afraid that perhaps it HELPED me with my gains and if I come of them I will loose some of them. Everything I have read tho is the contrary so heres to hoping for that! :smiley:
