I think no belt lifting helps make a stronger core, and makes you more capable. Your body can lift maxes without aid. Dont know if its true, just my theory.
Sunday was hiking with my partner in crime down the snow-machine trails.

In other news, most know I have been feeling frustrated with my progress in fat loss these days well I had a bit of surprise today. I was out of pants (lol laundry slacker) so I had to wear a pair of dress pants that are always super tight and uncomfortable. (my punishment pants :D) Anyways…they were LOOSE! loose in the waste, ass, and thighs.
This is going to be deload week. Tuesday I will work Clean and Press and try for a 150# and thats it for weights.
Thursday will be a short full body probably only pullups and squats or something.
LISS as much as I can sneak in during the evenings. Outside only…refresh my mind too!

No more gym training…going to have to make it work with just the equip I have at home. I am bummed about it as I’ve gotten pretty spoiled with all the equipment and space and peace that comes with training away from home.
This also means that I will have to revamp my training schedule and lifting will mostly have to take place in the evenings. Sundays and Tuesdays are guaranteed lifting days as I am off so maybe a Sun, Tue, Wed, Fri schedule will work.

(I have only done these once before and never really read up on them. So not sure if the height being at knee level is where these should be? Also not really sure why people do these…I just wanted to see what I could lift doing them) (I think I am procrastinating repping heavy deads :D)
