Weight yesterday was 137 and today 136 ![]()
I feel really frustrated because I am not cheating my diet.
Yesterday I was unable to eat exactly to plan but I still only came in at 1515 cals.
I not over eating, I am hungry all the time, and the scale is not budging.
Now that being said I look leaner, my clothes feel looser, but I also know I should be seeing the scale move as chances of putting on muscle and loosing fat right now are very low.
Shitting might actually help.
Also by the end of the day I have extenda belly.

Are you drinking a lot of water? I find that always helps me a bit. And maybe your body needs a jumpstart with a little cheat. I feel your frustration. I go through the same thing every time I go through the process of losing weight.
I am going to increase my water and see if that helps flush things out.

I had to go back a few pages to see the other pic in that same light. I would also say you look a little leaner.
What does your trainer/diet person say? Did things kick in? Did the increase in water help?
Nothing less than a gallon?
Maybe compare measurements not scale weight.
A diet note. I want to change things to a 40p/40c/20f and see if I feel better. I would put money down betting that I will.
I ended up with a bit of the flu over the weekend, missed a weight session leaving the week ending off with 3 weight days.
On Sunday I walked, 1/2 through snowy trails, for 30 min and burned 281 cals, 25% fat burn ave. heart rate 141 and max was 163.
