We lost power last night from 12:30 till 8 am!! Our house was FROSTY! At 430 am the hubby got the generator going. By that point all of our doors and windows had frosted right over! it was in the negative 30’s last night!
There is a woman that lives about 10 k out of town with her daughter. They have no car and I dont think they have power even. (NEVER see lights). Today I was behind them in the bank and I heard her asking if there was any money in her account. There was none. She looked so sad. After they left I had the teller put in 100. for them. I wish I had more to give. We are SO lucky to have what we have.

I am addicted to the way my arms look now! I have always been strong but I never looked like it at all. I am very pleased with the changes that came about through my bulk! My legs came around alot too…its just harder to tell with pics at this point because they are fatter
But looking down on them I can see a big diff.

Notes~ for 2 of my meals I had 4 oz salmon and 4 oz pork loin instead of chicken or beef.
I will have abs I do believe…and I mean wash boardy ones like I like. Since I dont normally train abs I didnt know what to expect. I am excited to see! Lots of fat still tho as you can see! ![]()

Forgive me for I have sinned. Last night I ate homemade fries. It didnt go over board and there is a story to it so it makes it less sinful.
Car wouldnt start yesterday am. Hubby had to boost me. 430 rolls around he stops at the store to make sure my car is ok. Starts no problemo. Sick aunt calls and needs groceries no one can go for her. No problemo. Also needs laundry done. Okies. 530 rolls around and car wont FREAKING START. Call dad, get car boosted. Car out of gas. Go fill car up while still running, praying to god I dont explode. Go get groceries, have to leave car running unlocked in parking lot. Bought groceries in record time, delivered, did laundry, told starving belly to shut up. 7:00 rolls around and I drive home.
Hubby surprised me with homemade french fries becasue he knows I love them and had had a hard day. AWWWWWWWWW <3 who WOULDNT eat them??
Anyways…rest of day was top notch and I didnt eat any end of day snacks so I think it will be ok.
