Can you explain kata to me?
Hiya pch2!

hhhmm how to explain…well, kata is like a combat pattern you perform by yourself (the rival(s) you create in your head) Kata strengthens the mind and the body and can be done in a ‘Go’ (hard) fashion or Ju (soft) fashion and each are equally important
HTH?
Ah, thanks.

I think the avatar chosen is a billion times better than any coyote you could have found. Just sayin… Look at that back!

Today was a scheduled off day…sons 15th Bday! WOW! Keys next year…do you remember when you were 15?? YIKES!!

Hope the son’s b-day turns out great

I was not a very happy person at 15. I think I found peace in myself, and love for myself through university and beyond. I was kind of a round little geek misfit who never quite fit anywhere. To bummy for the sports dudes and too geeky for the potheads. In university I met some like-minded people and realized that highschool was a small sampling and there really was so much more out there.
