Nadia~ my bench got strong when I learnt how to arch properly and keep tight. Also I am stronger up top them I am on bottom…I may just topple over some day. Thank gawd my ass helps weigh me down.

Did the dips on the rails of my treadmill and it worked like a charm! No shoulder pain at all.

Have you ever done hill intervals on a treadmill/treadhill? Its a little less boring just like HIIT.
Incline 4 run or power walk at a hard level for four minutes
decrease elevation to 2 and run or walk for one minute at a light level
Increase the elevation to 5 and run or walk for four minutes at a hard level
decrease elevation back down to 2 and run or walk for one minute at a light level
Increase the elevation to 6 and run or walk for four minutes at a hard level
decrease the elevation to 2 and run or walk for one minute at a light level
keep up this pattern until ou reach a 10 incline
you’ll need to decrease pace as you increase elevation
its pretty frakking tough and MUCH less boring than a straight incline hill because there is variety and pace and elevation to keep track of.

I was an eating machine today! I packed more then I thought I would eat just in case…good thing!
~1/2 cup oats with a scoop of vanilla whey
~salmon and green and yellow beans with 1 tbsp of italian dressing
~3/4 cup greek yogurt with strawberries
~2 cow cheese and one slice of ezekiel bread
~once of almonds
~apple
~2 boiled eggs
then I just had 1/2 cup almond milk with a scoop of whey, 1/2 banana and some water all blended up.
I will probably find some veggie and meat before bed too coz I haven’t eaten supper.

Missed out on last nights weights…work ended off on a really shitty note and I just wanted to crawl into bed. Bad attitude tho, and I know it! I have this area sales manager that really sticks it to me unless I baby him and treat him like he is my hero. As soon as I stray from that he does something to ‘punish’ me. I am really really sick of it. I am going over his head on it today (again) and I know I will pay for it.

Had a horrible sleep last night, absolutely no power today. Meant to do squats but 95 felt like the world on my shoulders so I opted out.
Weighed in today at 134, lol, heee haw! Yesterday was not a diet food day tho so I don’t even know why I bothered to step on the scale. Lots of salty foods so I has the bloats!!
30 min fasted incline and then finished that last 15 outside with the dog (45 total). Right across the street from my house is a huge farmers field with a trail running right through…jogged to the end and back. The air smells AMAZING today, there was also a light fog rolling over the field…it was gorgeous!
My hips have the aches today, I think I will take tomorrow off … we will see how I feel. Or maybe I will do something different for cardio, but the fasted incline works SO WELL for me I hate missing it! I wanted 4 this week so if I don’t do tomorrow that means I have to do it fri and sat and I want to start next week off with Sun, Mon, Tue…anyways, we will see.
