I have a tad of the winter blues I guess and am trying to find ways to make myself feel good and strong again…
I wanted to pick a goal and achieve it as conquering a goal always makes me feel better. Feeling and looking tight also makes me feel better. SO thats how I came to the decision of getting back to 126. (Bizarre number to choose, lol)
I have had a revelation…the fats come fast and all at once. You can eat like shit and say " huh, look at me, I can eat all this shit and I am not even getting fat" then all those days of bad eating stick to your ass overnight!
40 min fasted incline. Just finished brunch and I was STARVING!! I ate 2 eggs, 1 piece of pea meal bacon and THREE pieces of toast with PB and jam. HAH, good things its brunch as I am sure I have used up my cals till super time.
Oh well it was DAMN good
