cardio~ was a dog walk…went to go hiking but it rained yesterday and froze over so we were breaking through huge ponds of water…it was too hard to tell what was overflown creeks and ponds and just fields, at one point I fell through and jarred my knee and got a kick as soaker …decided to come back to town and do a loop.

I have had a revelation…the fats come fast and all at once. You can eat like shit and say " huh, look at me, I can eat all this shit and I am not even getting fat" then all those days of bad eating stick to your ass overnight!
I could see it sneaking up on me so I tightened up my diet this week and walked daily,so about an hour to 1 1/2 each day. It doesnt work like the fasted incline treadmill at all
that shit melts me. But my poor dog needs a walk in th morning so I have got to figure out a better way to make my cardio work for me.
This morning the dog and I ran. Let’s just say it’s been awhile
but by gawd I was not gonna stop!

OMGHEEE OMGHEE SO THIS about fatness. Like I ate like a fucking pregnant pig cow for WEEKS and scale didn’t budge and then one magical day like I was 155LBS. I swear it was ONE NIGHT. Gah.

How long do you do the incline treadmill walking for? I ask because, well, I need to drop fat, but frankly, treadmills bore the fuck out of me.

Cal~ 40min incline does it for me about 4 times per week. That includes 5 min warm up on flat level. It really bores me too but I just daze out and stare at the tv and crank my tunes …it passes…it’s also super easy on my joints ( my knees often hurt) and helps make for a nice fanny ![]()
