Thinking back on the past year I have mostly been tinkering with lowering my BF. I am happy with where I am at right now, stick around 130# and I am golden
so I have decided to cut that stuff out! I feel like I have been wasting time and happiness in limbo! SO that means now its time to focus on strength gains! look out now

Nice deads. What kind of program were you using before 5/3/1? Just winging it or something more structured?
thanks! I followed Mens Health Power training for over a year other then that yeah I was winging it over the summer…trying to combine boot camp with the main lifts etc. I am going to stick with 5/3/1 now no matter what, lol, its time to settle back into an actual program!!
