Worked on my deadlifts today. Trying to follow the tips I got from everyone. I think my hips are still a bit high but my back is staying tighter and I am approaching the lift better, lol. I dont think I am using my arms either.

4 sets of 6 pistols each leg
then I worked on L sit holds. lol I had to use my square ended DB’s because my arms are not long enough to get the leverage to get my body off the ground. I am able to hold a tuck position for 15 sec. so I did that 5X.
I feel like I am in a funk. I dont know what to do for my training these days. I have no plan and I dislike that.

Nadia~ I cant get back into the PL just yet. We are moving our store at the end of this month and things are WAY to crazy to be adding anything to my schedule …even karate is at a stand still.
I think I might just go back to the MHPT program I was doing before the PL program I got until I can get time to go see him again.

Funk happens, at least you’re getting in there and doing something. Training can be weird like that sometimes. Actually doing it is usually the cure for me. Corny, but I’l say it anyway. Just 'cuz you’re wandering doesn’t mean that you’re lost.

my left knee is really sore today so the ‘take off’ on these was a bit slow…I didnt bother trying to get the last 135 to make 2 reps…rather let my knee be. I dont feel disappointed in the 135 fail becasue I can tell if I wasnt favoring my knee I would have had it them both.

Note~ all my numbers are starting to come along again, I should know by now that if I want to become stronger I have to do less. (me anyways) I am backwards!! (or getting old!:eek:) I remember saying this in my log a loooong time ago at MH but for some reason I like to forget and then try and do too much and then wonder why I start feeling sick or tired or not go anywhere with my lifting.
