I’ve been reading the other ladies logs and it seems like everyone is getting over a funk and/or sickness. So either it is because of the weather change or *shudder were all on the same cycle. I hope it’s just the weather.

I just went over the goals I had made for 2011 ( I had originally wanted to have done them by Jan but what the heck…)
I wanted to actually (not just estimate):
a bench of 150…DONE, just the other day
Deadlift 250… DONE, just the other day
back squat 250…not so done, lol. I can with an 18" box squat but that doesnt count. So this goal I wont find out about until I get my cage built (hubby said he will build me one as soon as we get the store up and running)
run 1 mile in under 10…DONE
So I figure I better be making some goals for this year. By 2012 I want to be able to~

for the next 4 weeks I will be working on Sheiko #29 which will run me with 3 days per week of the program along with an extra day of OHP/PP and pullups. And some type of cardio here and there.
