haha it definitely does seem to be year of the leg! i’ve never thought about it overly much, either, but just recently have developed the goal of building some kick ass legs! i’m a long way behind you, though. you really are looking great.

I was drained tonight. I had to pretty well drag myself downstairs to do this so I guess it was better then it could have been even tho it does look pretty meek!!
I did clean and press a lawn mower in a box today tho! We got a shipment in of 24 and I had to stack all the boxes to make room. The last one had to go over my head and by gawd it was going up there, lol!
Eats were pretty slackin today too which might explain the lack of energy…I had 2 hard boiled eggs and one white ( I couldnt eat the pasty middle of any more, lol) 1/3 cup of oats a banana and a kiwi. (I forgot my lunch today and had to bust into my reserves, lol) Then dinner was some chicken and brown rice and carrots and not much coz I put it all in the crock pot before work and it turned into some sort of sticky sludge, LMAO.

I think more cardio and keeping the lifts heavy to maintain muscle should do the trick for ya. How much and how fast are you looking to drop the lbs? you said two weeks? well then…I know JUST the diet for you!
If your not in a hurry, then I’d say just clean up the diet, limit free meals and take pics every two weeks to see progress.
I’m just stopping in to read over your log. We are about the same height and weight - but you are significantly stronger. : ) I will definitely be following along.

Nadia~ thanks Its feeling good to be back at it…I hate not exercising!! I dont know how I used to function with out it!! Funny, even after only 2 weeks my confidence went down, I felt bummy and weak. Unacceptable! lol
Mom~ lol I aint doing that diet again till spring (more spring then right now, lol) and only if I HAVE to. It even made me cry, lol! I am mostly just watching what I eat and adding in cardio for now and thats working fine. Yeah, I have kidlets Most days they are even cute

Great pix! Definitely bikini-ready right this instant. My only suggestion is what you already indicated: strip off a bit of fat and see what exactly you are working with in the muscle department.
It’s funny, I never feel hunger when I’m doing things I like; shopping and lifting.
I do my marathon workouts with not even an inkling of hunger, then during cool down, I’m struck with terrible hunger pangs haha
