First…exercise~ yesterday I did one mile run and then 10 min steepest incline. Today is off.


The results I got from the ultrasound are just showing a cyst but nothing to major size wise and that my bladder is enlarged and when I think I have emptied myself I really have not. So nothing urgent. Unusual hence further testing but not ‘bad’ .

She said I still have knots from those blood thinner shots I got…and I agree coz it still hurts right under the briuse and its hard…how long does it take for that crap to get out of me??

So good news so far…keep it comin :slight_smile:

Coyote: Thanks for the update. That is good news. My sister just had an ovarian cyst (that appeared on imaging to be attached to her bowel–it actually wasn’t) removed lapriscopically. The recovery wasn’t bad at all for her–just about 10 days before she got the all clear.

Hope you get cleared to get back to the heavy lifting soon. Although I’m liking the running you’re doing! A few more weeks and you’ll be a cardio addict. Insert gleeful evil laugh.

Gonna post a few pics of what I look like now. (these were taken last week) I am gonna take the next couple of weeks to really nail down the fatz and get where I want to be.

I figure I will post progress pics every 2 weeks (tho every time I say ’ I plan’ it jinxes everything!!).

you’ve got a nice wide back and poppin shoulders Coyote. I also see a hint of some good looking quads and calves. At this point, I might spend more time on the lower half (it’s my plan too, I have a similar shape) butt, quads, hams and calves to even out the package.

Disco~ well to be honest I never really thought about it…I mean I have thought, “oh yeah I would like to shed a bit more fat off that ass” but never have I cared about where muscle was lacking. Or thought to much into ‘shaping’ myself.
If I pick myself apart I would have to say I need to build my legs, like pretty much every piece of them…they be chicken like XD (and I swear they have grown since pics past :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: ) I need to grow some bi’s, and I need to shed some fat. I think my are wont be too bad if I loose some chubz, it feels solid under there :slight_smile: :smiley:

I think we have the same goals! Haha I have been nicknamed “Stick Legs” in my past and I hate it. If you think you have chicken legs, just wait until you see when I post my progress pictures. You look strong for sure and I wouldn’t be worrying about anything! :slight_smile:
