I spent one night in Bangkok for a couple weeks back in the early 80’s training with the Thai Army. If Copenhagen is the fun city of Europe then Thailand is truly the Pearl of the Orient. Pattaya beach brought back some extremely fond memories.Your reporting and writing brought it home, the old lady is pissed cause I never mentioned this fact even after 10 years.
