DAWG,

I believe the suggestion increasing healthy fats is
making a difference. I’m noticing a smaller waist, or its
being on my 5th week of a regiment is starting
to show. I keep noticing almost daily details in my physique that werent there yesterday.

Keep losing the fat and muscle will show.
I’m starting to see it.

You know, I’m seeing the same thing!

I’m neurotic and hypercritical of my torso yet I’m beginning to see the leanness surfacing! I keep blinking my eyes!

It’s freakin’ me out, Br!an!

You shoulda seen me knocking out those Janda sit-ups yesterday like nothing. Me, who couldn’t even do a single full sit-up when I started about a year ago.

Hey, pick me out a virtual belly-button ring, why don’t ya?

The New Girl in figure competitors today has the ideal
suit and the most perfect navel…ring!

Yes it is incouraging, you start to feel better and people notice.

Meh, yesterday i typed out a brilliant and though-provoking reply but the host went awol and…now I don’t remember it anymore.

It was something about how I’m neurotic and hypercritical of my torso but it’s leaning out so much I can even make it out through the dysmorphia goggles.

I keep blinkin"

Rubbin’ my eyes!

Girl!!
What in the world are you talkin about??!!

Hey Br1an!

How are you doing this week?

How is your transition coming along?

Here is the picture taken on the 16th
The weight is the same yet have lost
1/2" on the stomach and above and below.

There is more definition coming through
but with the pictures not showing it you’ll have
to take my word on it.
This week I will be looking into doing
something completely different to shock.
the system and keep up with the fat lose and
muscle building.

Its about following through.
More to come!

I think the picture of the Pig says it all!

so what are you gonna do?

Starting Tomorrow!

One more (time) for the Velocity Diet!
Start date February 19th
Finish line is March 17th

Good luck man.

The second run through of the V-Diet has been 1000 times easier than the first. It might just me being stubborn saying if I can do this once I can do it twice no problem. One suggestion I might make is to take at least a week off and eat a ton of healthy foods (around maintenance levels). This helps get metabolism up and get the Thyroid back up to speed after a prolonged time on a very low calorie diet. Chris recommends around 4-6 weeks in between V-Diets.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!

you’re gonna do the V-Diet again?

I thought it was something different and shocking?

The diet was followed for 2 weeks the first time.
I believe that I can make the 4 weeks now that I am
eating cleaner and feeling better.
The workouts outlined by Chris with the diet
will be fine.

I still have plenty of fat around the waist area to lose.
I dont believe it will be a struggle so much this time going in.

Side note about a Dinner Party last night and how I noticed
that when people are sharing they expect you to eat as they do.
A friend who is obese trying to obstain was proded by one to eat desert and the person who made the desert felt a little offended that he wouldnt join in.

They both know he has an addiction to food yet being in the moment of having a good time expected him to do the same.

I believe that they were not trying to undermind his efforts, they were just caught up in the Party,
but still a little offended of his decision not to eat.

Being social at any gathering puts so much pressure to
“be like us” attitiude and when you have those that dont join in are considered rude party guest.

The solutions are obvious!!
We can all have a good time and join in the fun.
The dinner host could of made something for his particular
needs or he could of brought his own.

Myself I had smaller portions and didnt take 2nd helpings that were offered and did notice that the host would of been happy to see if I had more because of all the effort it took to make it.
I gave compliments and the food was good I just didnt want
to eat a boat load of it.

You just got to roll with it!!

My goals are clear!

Sabatours!!
(I’d rather be run over by a Bull than be bitten by a snake!)
For me if I know where its coming from I have the chance to get out of the way.

Keep your eye on the prize!

Isnt that right
Dawg!?

P.S. Dawg!
Are you training for Cirque?

Wow, when I read about these dinner party people pressuring the guests to eat…I feel so sad and disgusted and, well, so repulsed…

I’ve forgotten what it’s like out there! Been a long time since anyone invited the lil dog to a dinner party because she gets loose under the table and licks people’s knees! Then settles down and scratches herself a good while!

Anyway, it’s not about the food, it’s about sharing good times with your friends and people opening their hearts for an evening.

People get mixed up thinking about the food and the order of the forks and why aren’t you eating a second slice of my pie I made just for you? That person got confused and Aunt Millie took over their mind. At least you recognized her right away!

Did the social obligation-isms bring you down? I bet you ARE the fun at any dinner party!

I’ll be taking lessons in Chinese acrobatics soon, all in prep for acquiring handbalancing skillz.

I aspire to oldtime greatness.

Do they teach circus arts in your area? It’s popular out here now.

It’s a lot of fun and a grueling workout. My favorite is the Spanish Web, but I did the silks and aerial ring, too.

I was still too scared to try the flying trapeze.

edit wait, I forgot you’re in the Valley.

I used to go to this place in Inglewood. Tanya is the best teacher in the world:

In this town its hard to not have a bunch of actors showing up
They were the kind of (B,C class)actors that have people snaping their
fingers thinking " I saw you in-such in-such movie.
Who are you again?!
They love those kind of questions!
Watching there reaction is priceless!

That was the company and when there is more Ham sitting in the seats than on the table you know your in for a good time.

I was actually tired from work and when I had some wine I was fading fast. Problem is that if your not splitting your sides laughing at the jokes these guys are telling you’re asked " Hows it going there, Brian!!?"
With a look that says get with it!

I did excuse myself for being tired and that the wine wasnt helping.
I love it when they think its a half bake excuse to not join in.
You get angry enough to say Hey just f*ck off with a smirk
to show them your not at least a complete chode.
That broke the tension and had a laugh.
I can just get away with it enough to pull it off! :))

all in the delivery!
At least I learned something from these @ss Holes.

Seriously!
They are good people!

So what does this have to do with body building?
Its about the majority of our time being outside the
Gym and my own kitchen.
Were theres social norms in being like everyone else,
eat like everyone else.
A pressure that if ever underestimated
will find me back looking like everyones else!

A Doughy Blob!!

Friend makes a speech to a small group about counting Small
Wins. How they make all the difference in the world in putting your state in a place of power rather being frustrated about what you dont have.
I’ve heard these speeches before and they never count as much till you come across someone who lives it.
The description of his personal daily wins are still in my head and have been there ever since.

hey br1an!

Share your list of daily wins with us!

Here you go!!

I woke up this morning feeling thinner.
Great way to start the day off.
Every morning starts off feeling a little tighter
around the waist.
I hope to hit a 35" waist by Tuesday or less!
That would make it 5" off my stomach in 6 weeks.

You know what Dawg?!
Even my Sports Tops and Bras
are not fitting
time to go shopping!
Weeeee!!!
