while the program’s utility for strictly bodybuilding purposes is debatable, it was actually used by several of the last american men to win olympic gold medals in weightlifting. just sayin’.

You can’t be serious. lol.
I had a lot more typed then realized it’s not even worth it, lulz.
If you want a balanced physique, this won’t work. Form equals function and vice versa.

i was actually AGREEING with you about the program not being optimal for “bodybuilding” purposes… although i do honestly believe that most would have drastically better results if they eliminated the minutia from their workouts and focused on the biggest moves… but that’s just me. if you really don’t believe me about the olympic lifters, though, google norbert schemansky, john davis, or paul anderson. good day.
If you are seriously comparing this POS program to how Olympic weight lifters go about programming their training you need to get a clue…talk about a drastic oversimplification.
I do 1 top set of incline press on my chest day. Wait a sec… OMG THATS EXACTLY WHAT DORIAN YATES DID TO WIN THE OLYMPIA! DORIAN YATES TRAINED EXACTLY LIKE ME AND WAS THE BEST BODYBUILDER IN THE WORLD SIX TIMES!! GET ON MY LEVEL BRAH!
Never heard of this one-lift-a-day thing. I’m no expert, but I’d say squatting to pee doesn’t count.
It’s an old program by Dan John I believe.
The thread was started ages ago when there weren’t many subforums I think… Basically everything from crossfit to oly lifting went into the bb forum.
I agree with C_C, look where you type, or don’t type and get to read. You still have a doubt if putting here the power-building article, or in the T-Cell?
