SD, are those power shrugs like normal shrugs with leg drive like the bottom of a push press? I’ve seen a guy do that before. Of course not with 500 on the bar.

Scaps are coming along. I still do my exercises every day and I just added the “YTWL” routine warmup/cool-down from DieselCrew (on YouTube). That seems to help. It’s still not 100%, especially mornings and after benching or shoulder day, but it’s improving slowly.
