One Bourbon, One Squat, One Beer

Those are some very powerful shrugs. Congrats on breaking the barrier.

SD, are those power shrugs like normal shrugs with leg drive like the bottom of a push press? I’ve seen a guy do that before. Of course not with 500 on the bar.

Nice pulling, pretty fierce RDL’s after pulling too.

o_s: OK, leths do that! Thoundth faaabulouth!

hel: thanks!

JG: Yeah, I have a little leg drive with the power shrugs. It’s like a mini high-rack pull as well. I holding the weight-- just wish I could lift it off the floor

Nice work SteelyD

I’ll say those are strong rows - why you are almost up there with mmgalb727!

Kidding aside - that’s strong! especially without straps

Thanks.

Scaps are coming along. I still do my exercises every day and I just added the “YTWL” routine warmup/cool-down from DieselCrew (on YouTube). That seems to help. It’s still not 100%, especially mornings and after benching or shoulder day, but it’s improving slowly.

I think I need another deep tissue session…
