YES! That is the perfect visualization of my diet.
Just remember how happy they are when the wagon is running smoothly, and remember when you’re tempted to go off track, that you are the blond kid at the back with no helmet and the furthest to fall! ![]()
Pretty sure I shared it here before, but it’s still one of my favorite nutrition quotes. “You are always 1 meal away from being back on the plan”. It makes the “time off” not seem so significant.

Solid work. Felt good. I’m looking forward to the day.
Today is a good day.
This looks like a fun circuit, I like the level changes. I’m going to bookmark it for safe keeping.
Just add heaps of calf work and you’re half way there ![]()

I had every intention of working out this morning. Then I woke up. My belly was cramping so badly that I thought I might throw up. I’m not sure exactly what is cramping since I don’t have a uterus, but something is twisting like a vice grip in there. So I spent an hour alternating a heat pad between my belly and my back. It’s a bunch of bullshit if you ask me. Anyway, a bunch of ibuprofen later and I feel less like I’m going to vomit so I guess there is that. The workout will have to wait until tomorrow, but there is still a shot at a walk this evening. I was going to try to get one in this morning, but I’ve screwed around long enough that I don’t have the time. (Plus it’s cold outside and I’m right in the middle of acting like a great big baby).
One way or another, today will be a good day.
It will be a good day when you feel better…and it sounds like you’re on the way.
